Gowthami Nagar (Edulanagulapally) Plot Owners Welfare Association was registered in 2006 under registration number 113/06, founded by Y. V. Ramakrishna with an initial group of 50 members.
What began as a small group has grown into a body representing close to 2,200 plot owners. Over the years the association has taken up demarcation of plots, development of basic infrastructure, and the protection of owners’ rights — often through long-running legal proceedings.
The association meets its members twice a year in a general body meeting, where accounts are presented and owners raise the issues that shape the year’s work.

Over 25 years in real estate. Formerly a municipal licensed surveyor with GHMC and proprietor of R.K. Planning Centre. Founded the association in 2006.

With the association since 2010. More than 20 years of experience in real estate and layout planning, with a focus on resolving disputes quickly.
